new apple ipad for facebook???

hello people...
we have been developing apps on facebook for quite sometime now and we built the most popular RSS reader apps on facebook - Social RSS...
yesterday someone asked me what I think of the new apple's ipad...i thought it was quite cool to begin with. i was told its main function is to enable users to browse, browse and browse...the bombshell drops when i was told it does NOT support adobe flash...
i am not sure what to make of it...there are so many web sites out there running flash content...it will be all well if you have millions of developers developing apps for the platform. but if it comes to browsing existing web content, i am just not sure if it is the right way to go...

comments i read tend to lean towards the fact that its a good-looking gadget, great on the coffee table...not sure what gap (if any) it is filling in the marketplace...
